Localisation, propreté, équipements, amabilité et disponibilité de Tania sur place et Ricardo à distance. Confort du logement sauf le matelas du lit qui est un peu dur et le manque de climatisation qui est serait un plus au lieu des ventilateurs, quand la température dépasse les 40°C en été, mais c'était indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous reviendrons tout de même sans problème. Merci Ricardo et Tania !

Nuisance vis a vis de la circulation

El apartamento es muy amplio y está excelentemente ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila y a 5 minutos a pie del centro y del paseo. Los propietarios son muy serviciales y atentos

Tuvimos un problema con el colchón pero el propietario ya lo solucionó. Mi única sugerencia es que el propietario debería avisar antes de efectuar la reserva que hay que pagar un suplemento extra por la calefacción o por el check-in fuera de hora. Y disponer de gel y jabón en el abaño. El resto del alojamiento cumple con lo ofrecido

We liked the owners helpfulness before arrival and that someone arrived on time to let us in and hand over the keys. Apartment had a long kitchen with a small table and lots of useful equipment to cook with, etc. Washing machine worked well. Had a dining room, a lounge room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Quiet at night for sleeping. Parking was easily obtained right out front of apartment or in car park just to the left of the building (as you look at the building). Free WIFI worked really well. Lots of powerpoints. Good size flat screen TV. Small balcony. Decor isn't fancy but was all very clean and very usable and very functional. Loved that it had shutters on bedroom window and we could make the room very dark for sleeping. Cafe's, supermarket, some other shops all in walking distance. Would stay again.

One of the lamp shades in dining area is a bit 'low' and hubby forgot it was there a couple of times (fortunately it didn't hurt him and he didn't hurt it haha)! We were in the area in a cold, wet snap and apartment was fairly cold but we didn't bother putting heating on (is extra EUR10 per 24 hours if you do) as a blanket did the job nicely whilst watching a movie (lots of extra blankets, pillows, etc in cupboards). Bed was quite a hard mattress; we prefer a bit softer but if you like a firmer one then it will be great for you.
