Clean, location, comfotable bed, good location
The staff are unprofessional and non qualified
Check out employee doesn't know how to print out invoice and claims that he's been working 1 year, and customers don't request invoice at check out normally
Both check in and checkout employees don't know what does it mean to hold the security deposit amount from credit card (Authorisation only), and insisted to withdraw the money from credit card and return it cash at check out
The toilet is so tight and requires improvment like adding rack or shelves to put my washbag

The mattress
No food, tiling on a part of the bedroom wall and the 200 riyal refundable deposit.

Location, calmness & value.
The basement parking lot, the entrance to it and the security deposit that they are asking for.

"The room size was excellent so was the furnishing. Guests should submit the security in cash though for ease."
