Bathroom, dusty resting seats and leaking. top balcony needs scrubbing . Couldn’t provide full breakfast as promised

Wonderfully designed & very spacious place with beautiful and well-maintained garden and clean pool, very friendly personell, and a great cook (try the beef pilau!) who always serves a smile. Plus only four rooms means few guests as well, so if you're seekng for a peaceful oasis off the main roads this is your place.

Breakfast could deserve a bit more variety than just the choice of egg cooking style, in particular different sorts of bread as I don't like sweet white toast. Very shaky WiFi connectivity so if you're on workation it's not the place for you. The 8pm "curfew" (only driving still allowed) took us by surprise, and the location is a bit far off the city to walk around, so tuktuks are a must. No cards accepted!

The clean pool, big bed, clean rooms, the balcony bed and seats. I liked service of the young gentleman and his humble wife taking care of the hotel, the guy taking care of the pool was helpful too. We received kindness from the man running the hotel with his wife. Very kind helpful man.

The lady manager was drunk all the time, she talked too much and wouldn’t give us a break. She has a fake smile. At some point when we asked about price for preparing the food she got rude, she was drunk. She also touched my small sister and kept telling her she’s beautiful! It wasn’t comfortable for her and she then asked her if she’s okay when she got sad. The old lady seemed to control the chef in the kitchen, his hands were tied, and they were both rude (old lady I think the owner and chef), the breakfast was simple or little. It’s not a buffet, if they prepare 2 eggs for you and you happen to ask for an extra egg or sausage -not available. Their kitchen fee is too high ($15 per head) so to cook for two people is ($30) and you have to buy your own groceries for them to cook for you. It’s better to eat outside! The chef later in the evening said he could get us cheaper food outside and since his wife sells the Swahili food. He convinced us. Unfortunately he brought plain beans that were not fried and they were not coconut beans! Total waste of money! Also swimming pool there is no swim guard- swim at your own risk, no one to check or attend you in case you drown
