Propreté, accueil des hôtes, espace intérieur et extérieur et le calme. La clim dans le salon. Facilité pour se garer.
Plage et commerces à proximité mais Zadar et Nin à 25 min. Plitvice à 1h30. Manque un peu d'ustensiles si on veut cuisiner mais parfaitement fonctionnel.
