Sun Sand and Love - Lovely 2 Beds, 2 Bath Condo

Great location. Beach at the back was the best. Near bus stops and bike docking. Not too far from groceries. Quiet. Has beach chairs and umbrella available if you want to go to the beach.

No elevator! I had 2 checked in luggage and I was on third floor. I was tired and sweaty by the time I got into my room. Also, no cleaning personnel. You are responsible for cleaning the room. They will only clean the room when you check out. I stayed there for 8 nights, I clean my room everyday. They don't clean it like in a hotel. It is advertised as a "condo" unit, but it is like a 3-story apartment building. Again, I will mention no elevator on a 3-story building. If you have multiple big luggages on your vacation, and staying on third floor... I hope you are strong enough to carry all those. Especially during the hot and humid summer in Miami

La propiedad es amplia e igual a las fotos publicadas, bien ubicada a dos cuadras de la playa, cocina completa, dos baños, cama cómoda, artículos de playa completos, amplio living, ideal para 3 personas pero podrían ser 4 también.

El ascensor no funcionaba y no estaba al tanto, el estacionamiento medido en la calle vale 4 dólares la hora aproximadamente , hay un estacionamiento por un dólar la hora a 8 cuadras, había un poco de humedad en la entrada al edificio.

Location of the property is excellent, very close to the beach, restaurants, and canal. The art deco building itself is gorgeous, not new but very-well maintained. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, very spacious, clean, kitchen well equipped, two full bathrooms, and having beach towels and sun loungers was a bonus we didn't expect! Communication with the host was great, they sent you a very detailed information before your stay with everything you need. We had a blocked toilet the second day of our stay in one of the bathrooms and a handyman came and fixed it within same day we told them. I highly recommend it!!

Floor around kitchen had some mold and swelling, water was dripping from somewhere we didn't know, something to look at and fix, but apart from that, they got it very well maintained for the price you pay. Elevator/lift didn't seem to work.

La ubicacion es con vista a una terraza de otro condominio, a 200 mts de la palya. La cocina está completa y sala de estar,con reposeras para tomar sol.

Entrada del loby y cocina presencia de cucarachas. Asensor antiguo que no funciona por tiempo indeterminado.Escalera del tercer piso antigua,sin descanso en su pisadas, ocacionó que se rompan tres valijas Un baño carecía salida de agua para las duchas,cama 6,5 puntos. No superó nuestra espectativa en calidad y precio. Puntaje 6,5 puntos
