The air conditioning stop working every night at 1 am. Roberto the manager went to find out why. But still it has timer and the heat weak up.

There were no batteries in the a/c remote control. It was ok as I took the batteries out of the TV control.

Cute , not super spacious Boho style room in neutral tones with chukum interior finishing for max occupation of 2 ppl with a big comfortable bed and beautiful big bathroom window view that let the sunlight in and lit the bathroom . Although Inconvenience list is pretty long .

1. Natural Lighting isolated room plan. Sunlight- doesn’t reach the room itself , it’s very dark inside throughout a day on both floors in both room categories, doesn't matter first or second floor. 2. Construction works right next door ; terrible disturbing noise coming from construction works starting 7am , no closed doors and windows help 3. Extremely malodorous a.k.a stinky tap water with ongoing supply and pressure interruptions , the tap in the shower repeatedly got the hell out of me turning off ( Heard water quality is ongoing issue in La Veleta although filtration system of the building is weak! Moved to another street fine 2lvl casa and building has no problem with filtration system and the quality of the water. 4. Owner of the building/host- Mariella Perez is terrible pleaser who may at first happily agree to inconvenient rent terms and then restlessly chase you or just suddenly ask you to move out same day without prior notice or objective reasoning ( In case you stay short term paying with credit cards won’t bother you ) . 5. & No matter how good on its own still the place doesn’t worth 75$ a day they confidently charge in off season .This remains a fine rate for high season
