Położenie dobre. Ładne otoczenie lokalu. Dobry dojazd.
Brak okien w obu sypialniach, ściśle biorąc w jednej jest niewielkie okno dachowe, ale to bez większego znaczenia. Nie można zamknąć drzwi od łazienki. Brak klimatyzacji latem to może być okropne

zona giorno decorosa. Cucina assolutamente inadeguata abbiamo prenotato x 4 persone e ci siamo ritrovati con 2 DUE 2 FORCHETTE, 3 TOVAGLIETTE PER APPARECCHIARE, mancavano gli asciugamani x 2 persone, contattato l'host : "li portiamo domattina" li dobbiamo vedere ancora adesso
Una camera da letto (quella buona) ha l'unica finestra che dà sull'altra camera da letto (quella cattiva) ricavata da un cortiletto esterno coperto da un tetto, umidità degna delle valli di Comacchio a novembre, muri "fioriti" x mezzo metro. Porta del bagno deformata impossibile da chiudere completamente.
