- استقبال الحاجة هادية قمة في الأخلاق.
- نظافة الشقة.
- نظافة الحمام، والمطبخ مع توفر غسالة أوتوماتيك ومايكرويف.
- نظافة حمام السباحة الخاص بالوحدة.
القرية كبيرة وعبارة عن كمبوند ولها شاطئ خاص نظيف، ومجموعة من حمامات السباحة الخاصة بالوحدات، وكانت هادئة في فترة إقامتي، سواء حمام السباحة الخاص بالوحدة أو الشاطئ الخاص، والوحدة تبعد حوالي 750 متر عن الشاطئ الخاص.
كما يتوفر أكوا بارك للقرية، لكن الألعاب بها محدودة.
يوجد مسجد بالقرية، ويوجد سوبر ماركت خارج القرية مباشرة، وفتح الله ماركت على بعد 5ك من القرية.
دخول الأكوا بارك برسوم 300 جنية للطفل.

- The 3-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator.
- The apartment is spacious, fully airconditioned, and could easily accommodate 6 adults and up to 4 children.
- The kitchen is equipped with essential equipment such as kettle, microwave, refrigerator and new washing machine.
- The apartment is provided also with a good-quality iron, TV, and bedsheets, covers, and towels.
- Rigorous security measures and a well-maintained resort.
- Harris Cafe is on the beach with wide selection of food variety.
- A mini market is near the resort gates, and the nearest gas station is on the other side, and Oruba mall is 10 minutes' drive.
- The beach and pool guards are everywhere around the beach and the pools.
- There are pools for every group of buildings.
- Good aqua park with 5 slides.
- The host was very welcoming and helpful.
- Free access to renters' sea. The allocated space is fine compared to the total sea area.
- The apartment needs some maintenance for bathroom ventilation and door handles (especially the shared bathroom, it was totally broken) but we understand that it was Eid vacation, and the maintenance team was off.
- The aqua park costs EGP 300/person/day for renters. In general, it closes for some time for maintenance.
