The amenities.. the dishwasher, air conditioners, washer/dryer, fridge all were great and that is so important with a family with kids!!! Everything worked and that is best part. The view was PHENOMENAL. The pool was a huge bonus for the kids!!! Location was great , right across the street from groceries, food, and beer. Very smooth checkin/checkout. Loved it.
The number of bedrooms seemed misleading. The room with the "futon" was not really a room. It would be so uncomfortable to sleep in as it doesn't have air conditioning so we did not use it but for storage. The door to the deck was very difficult to open and close. And the one pull out bed was horrendous!!!! Not sleepable at all, really needs replaced.

I loved the location, pool and proximity to the beach.
I wasn't crazy about our actual room, but the building itself is great.
