1. Extremely clean and a good size for a family of 4. 2. Extremely beautiful design 3. Cozy and comfortable, quiet. 4. Location is perfect - 3 min to the beach and the central strip, IronMan running course, restaurants (Royale is awesome), chocolate shop, small shops. 5. There are 2 full double beds 6. The apartment has everything you need - coffee, sugar, oil, salt, cleaning products, fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher. 7. Free parking 8. Extremely nice hosts, that answer texts quickly and are very accommodating. 9. Storage space for luggage after check out can be provided.

It was a perfect stay. I would just write 2 things for other tourists: 1. Great soundproofing from the outside, but inside the apartment there is zero soundproofing and little privacy. The upper bedroom has no door, and the one downstairs has a sliding barn door. It was more difficult to keep quiet with a child that goes to sleep at 20 00. The bathroom is upstairs and has a sliding glass door, also little privacy and no soundproofing, especially for the ones sleeping upstairs. 2. There was no shower gel or soap when we arrived very late and could not buy it ourselves the first night.

Die Wohnung ist phantastisch. Sehr gepflegt. Sehr sauber. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin läuft perfekt über WhatsApp ab. Die Lage ist optimal. Eine Bäckerei zur Frühstücksversorgung ist in 70 m vor der Haustür. Zum Strand sind es etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
