The owner was very attentive, helped with parking the car in the onsite parking garage , walked with us to the supermarket so we could do some shopping and gave us advice on restaurants. The location was convenient to visit the main tourist sites and a large supermarket was nearby. The apartamento was very well equipped and all basic cooking necessities were provided
The view of the old gas factory, and a cigarette smell from neighbors each time we opened the window.

Excellent location! Agustin and his wife Anna were very attentive and helpful. The place met all of our needs. The only problem was the record heat! It was nearly unbearable with no circulation inside the apartment. The southern exposure heated up the apartment even more.
It would’ve been wonderful to have had a fan at least to deal with the high heat. We ended up having to open up the front door to the hallway to create a small breeze to get air inside. Also, it would’ve been helpful to have a cutting board.

El alojamiento está genial, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Oviedo, la plaza de garaje es amplia y en el propio edificio, todo un lujo. Agustín, atento en todo momento, ayudando en todo y aconsejando sobre restaurantes y ocio de la zona. Repetiría sin pensarlo y lo recomiendo totalmente.

La ubicación, la limpieza, lo luminoso que era, lo bien equipado que estaba, la comodidad de la cama, la amplitud de la plaza de parking y lo silencioso y tranquilo que es el apartamento. Y además, Agustín, el anfitrión, ha sido muy cercano y atento, con él da gusto, de verdad.
