A comfortable, clean, bright apartment from which to explore Oviedo. The parking space is a huge plus and Agustin is a very attentive, friendly owner. Not the most glamorous part of town but within easy reach of the historic centre.
Pull the door towards you when trying to open the door to the apartment.

Apartament tuż przy centralnej, zabytkowej części miasta a jednocześnie jest idealnie cicho. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest we wszystkie sprzęty, przedmioty i udogodnienia, które sprawiają, że można czuć się jak we własnym domu. Właściciel Augustin jest cudowny - pomocny, otwarty w kontakcie, wprowadza przyjacielską, ciepłą atmosferę.
Wszystko było znakomite.

The owner was very attentive, helped with parking the car in the onsite parking garage , walked with us to the supermarket so we could do some shopping and gave us advice on restaurants. The location was convenient to visit the main tourist sites and a large supermarket was nearby. The apartamento was very well equipped and all basic cooking necessities were provided
The view of the old gas factory, and a cigarette smell from neighbors each time we opened the window.

Excellent location! Agustin and his wife Anna were very attentive and helpful. The place met all of our needs. The only problem was the record heat! It was nearly unbearable with no circulation inside the apartment. The southern exposure heated up the apartment even more.
It would’ve been wonderful to have had a fan at least to deal with the high heat. We ended up having to open up the front door to the hallway to create a small breeze to get air inside. Also, it would’ve been helpful to have a cutting board.
