The place is perfect for a couple or a solo city trip. You have all the amenities you need (except AC, if you go on a warm period) and there were several different public transports that took us anywhere we needed to go, including a train station that can take you from and to the airport. You also have 2 supermarkets nearby. The host was very nice and helpful, especially in the beginning, giving us all the information we needed for checking in and checking out.
The lack of air conditioning had some impact. If it wasn't for that, it would've been perfect. Yes, we were the ones choosing to go to Rome in July, but if there is something that could be improved, it would be that. There was a fan and the fact that it's a basement, makes it less warm, but it wasn't enough. I am saying this so that you can plan your visit accordingly.

Las instalaciones muy buenas. Un departamento muy equipado y completo, no le falta nada. Muy amplio. Vecindario tranquilo y pintoresco.

Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war einfach super. Nah am Bahnhof und direkt zu den Bushaltestellen. Es gab vor Ort auch einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist schön kühl gewesen und haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war wirklich super nett und hilfreich. Haben uns rund um gut betreut gefühlt.
Leider gab es keine ordentlichen Kopfkissen. Im Herd, sowie in dem Schrank befanden sich leider noch Krümmel, die nicht von uns stammten.

Increíble, acogedor, limpio, todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de estaciones de tranvía, bus y tren regional. Chiara atenta dándonos instrucciones claras, nunca había tenido una experiencia tan buena en Booking.
Para mí no fue problema pero para las personas que les molesta la luz por la mañana, por la ventana entra mucha luz.
