Location excellent. Staff were very helpful. Bed comfortable and good Air conditioning.
It could be a lovely apartment but was in desperate need of decorating.
The sofa bed needs replacing , I pity anyone who sleeps on it. It was extremely grubby.
Shower seal leaks and as a result has mould growing at the side.
The lock on the kitchen window and door were damaged.
It was very noisy early morning as there is building work going on outside ( not the fault of the owners) so be aware.

Very helpful hosts and great communication. The flat was clean, the shower was good, and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent.
The street is normally quiet but the hotels around drag the trash bins on the cobble street at night several times, which might wake you up. The building's lift is reachable after 6-7 initial steps so if you're with a wheelchair or pram, be mindful of this.

Excellent location
We landed at 9am, checkin was only after 3pm, no option to drop bags
Only 1 set of keys for 3 independent adults
Aircon was broken
