The amount of bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The location. The cabin was very well stocked with about everything you needed. The hot tub. The amount of dogs allowed. Beds were comfortable. Very roomy. Game room

Was not happy about all the additional fees! 6% tax =$200.46 (ok) 19.03% service charge=$635.79 YIKES 9.51% destination fee=$317.73 ????? Have no idea what this is???? $5.92 resort fee per night=$41.44 Total= $1,195.42 in extra fees!! YIKES!!! THESE ARE ALL VACASA FEES!!!! I was told by Booking.com that these were Vacasa's fees and Vacasa told me they were the home owners fees:/ The window sills were full of dead flies, and there were piles of dead flies in some corners of the rooms and under furniture. I swept the flies off the floors. The spindles in one section of the deck were completely missing so we had to use patio furniture to block it to keep our grandchildren from falling off it. Some furniture wasn’t dusted when we got there. The windows were dirty. There was about an inch of yellow dust on all the patio furniture and floors. Didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned or swept. So I cleaned and swept them. Our travel coordinator,Ashley( from Vacasa) didn’t respond to me when I had questions about our trip about a month before we left. She read my questions but never responded. I would definitly avoid ANY property mangaged by Vacasa!!! It's really too bad, this would have been a perfect vacation home if Vacasa would have been doing their job:(

The home is absolutely beautiful. We had 9 adults, 2 toddlers, and a baby. Plenty of space for sleeping babies to not be woken up at nap times. Game room was a huge hit.

Grill was not clean, grease tray was over flowing. That should be on the cleaning list before you leave. The bed we slept in, wasn't that comfortable but not as bad as others.
