La proximité du centre ville, les équipements ainsi que la propreté des lieux.
Le matin très tôt les camions de livraisons sont en enfilades sur la route assez proche de la maison. Les livreurs laissant les moteurs allumés (pour les frigorifiques) cela occasionne du bruit (de 5h30 et jusque 10h00). Le bruit est minime depuis l'intérieur mais trop bruyant lorsqu'on veut déjeuner sur la petite terrasse.

The house is perfect, clean, well equipped, near everything.
The only annoying point is the parking outside which is used by delivery trucks which arrive as early as 5:00 and keep engines turned on for hours.
