Beautiful views. Lovely outdoor space and pool. Parking. Regular cleaner visits. Good communication prior to and during our stay with villa manager (not owner).
Maintenance issues impacting two of the bedrooms that were not rectified during our stay, which meant that two of the rooms could not be used for certain nights. Some damage to the outside space caused by high winds, although this is out of the owners control. We did receive a very small refund, and had hoped for a more generous offer, and feel that these issues need to be addressed prior to further rentals. The property from our perspective sadly lacked a luxury appeal.
