The property was very clean and spacious.

It was disappointing that there was no little soaps in bathrooms to use for when you first arrived. No extra little necessities . We had to pick up Keys from an office which was miles away from apartment. And got interrogated by the security card as he hadn’t received the paperwork beforehand. You then had to drop keys off at the office quite a few miles from apartment when leaving. You should be able to leave keys in a security box in apartment.

Location & complex

Unfortunately it was located at the top of a small hill. As we did not have a car, we struggled with provisions-shopping-from the supermarket. However this did not affect our overall enjoyment. The apartment below was having some renovation work being carried out on one of the days, with a grinder being used for tiling, which caused some noise.

The agent met us at the apartment as it was a Sunday.

Parking in basement garage was very tight, we parked outside as we were in and several times a day.

Location - Top Apartment, located at very top of complex, up 2 steep hills! Location to Altea (At least, a 40 minute walk!!!) - with the 2 hills back to Apartment!!! NO beach access, no key given/provided to access beach walk.
