Very clean, and tidy. It's a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Good value for money.
There was no TV. The furniture outside needs an update

Superb location, under 20 drive to Aiya Napa or Fig Tree Bay, nice and quiet. Lidl and other shops just a few minutes away.
Opposite the house there is some homestead with geese and chickens, we loved it, maybe some people won't as they can be loud at night. There was a bath tub and the shower was very good and hot. There is no conventional oven but there is a Halogen Oven and a microwave.
A few things didn't work and there was no TV at the moment but we had a projector. No aircon in the front room so was tough for the person sleeping there.

I had a great time, it felt like the countryside and at the same time there were stores and cafes nearby. The location is really convenient for me as I like to use the buses and there's a bus stop close by that can take you to Larnaca, Paralimni, Protaras, and Agia Napa. There is a small pen next to the house where the poultry live, great to hear them sing in the morning! Also you will always have nice cats on your patio, Cyprus is a country of cats, there are even more cats than people :)
There were several broken switches in the apartment, also the toilet and the dim light in the bathroom did not work well. I think improving on that would make the place even more cozy! Also this place is sometimes hard to find on the map, use the Esso gas station as a reference point.

Odore sgradevole per mobilia e teleria datati.impossibile cambiare l'aria, quindi aprire le finestre per presenza di blatte enormi che ti ritrovavi in casa. Disinfestazione avvenuta prontamente dalla proprietaria dopo la nostra segnalazione, purtroppo non ha risolto un granché. Materasso più piccolo del letto , già piccolo di suo! Assenza di un parcheggio privato contrariamente a quanto riportato. Impossibile buttare la carta igienica nel wc .
