LAGOM APARTMENT AND HOTEL

The staff at the apartment is excellent and very accommodating. The location is central to many of the good cafes and restaurants in Danang. The beach is a short walk away and the amenities provided in the room are very good. The studio apartment faces a school and parking garage and is much quieter than before from a previous stay (the loud roosters that were noted from other reviews are not there anymore). The balcony in the apartment is very large and a washing machine is provided.

The air conditioner in the apartment was a bit weak and struggled during the stay since it was older than the air conditioners in the other room types. If available, try to book the Deluxe Apartment room type which is decently larger with a similar layout, and is more comfortable for longer stays.

The staff at the apartment is excellent and responded to requests quickly and professionally. The one-bedroom apartment faces the mountain-side and is quieter than the rooms facing the beach side. The apartment is very large and well kept, with many amenities provided. The unit has a washing machine, a good size kitchen and a large bed, and a couch. There were many storage spaces provided in the unit. The apartment would be very comfortable for guests staying long-term and for those working remotely. The location of the apartment is very central and convenient to many good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the beach.

The shower is inside a bath-tub setup but the water from the shower collects onto the side of the tub and the water has a hard time draining into the tub drain directly. So the water will spill onto the floor next to the tub and have to flow into the drain outside the tub. This could be inconvenient for those who are not used to a wet bathroom floor (outside the shower area).

The location is excellent close to beach and the cool part of Danang. The room is quite big for a hotel. The big fridge and microwave are handy. It’s clean and pretty quiet. There is a cafe right in the lobby for breakfast and lunch. I would stay there again.

There are fake reviews on this place for sure... including on the google listing. The bathrooms have a strong odour. The initial room we were put in was very run down. The cleaning is not included, but the room is not very clean when you arrive. There are loud roosters that go off at 4am. We wanted to leave, they were kind enough to offer us another room of similar cleanliness, but for less money we stayed at Bonny Hotel which was far cleaner and had more facilities.
