Great location in a lovely quiet traditional French town. Good off street parking and a nice outdoor area with chairs and table. Hot tub was great.

The cottage was not clean when we arrived; the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the kitchenette had many items that were not clean, plus the fridge needed cleaning and could do with the freezer section being defrosted. We had to spend 1 hour+ to clean the property so it was ok to stay in. There is a drawer of empty cleaning bottles so we had to buy some cleaning products. We found glass and a piece of a condom wrapper on the floor of the hot tub room. The BBQ was in an awful state, the grill looked like it had never been cleaned so we did not use it. The whole cottage would benefit from a deep clean or utilising a professional cleaning company. The electric candles provided do not work and the towels provided are in need of replacing as they are very old. This property could be lovely with a little more care and attention. After being there for a couple of hours, someone appeared at the door and informed us he managed the properties and gave us a different phone number to the one provided by Booking.com. I would recommend this is communicated to people staying before they arrive. This person asked us for beers from the fridge we had stocked on more than one occasion. He also asked us to pay for him to get into a local festival we were attending. The whole situation was very strange and not something I have experienced in many years of staying all over Europe, it made my wife and I very uncomfortable. My recommendation is that the relationship between the people staying and the property manager should be professional rather than what we experienced.

Nous avons aimé le jacuzzi, le lieu était mignon.

La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous et que dans l’appartement nous sentions de l’humidité…

L’emplacement était très appréciable !

L’eau du jacuzzi n’était pas en bonne état et la salle de bain non plus malheureusement.

Arrivée possible 14h, on arrive à 19h pourtant l'appât n'a pas été nettoyé, poussière, sol sale, spa rempli et traité fortement au chlore, sale de bain pas nettoyé ( cheveux au sol et mur), reste de savon et gel douche des locataires précédents. Cafetière remplie de capsules usagées, pas de meubles de rangement, pas de clim ( un four), mezzanine ne permettant même pas de se tenir debout. Responsable injoignable malgré message et appels. Pas un moment à ce propos à notre départ. Pour le prix, on s'est évidemment fait avoir. Ceci ne valorise pas la plateforme
