In august when nights are fresh, the floor is guite cold in the morning. Use socks or slippers

Very clean, private enough.
Near to the road.

House is clean. Bed is comfortable. Possible to park a vehicle near the house. 15min to Kardla, by vehicle. Container of drinking water in the house.
Main road is near the house. Cars go by untill ~11PM, start from ~6:40AM. Temperature the same as outside, either it is 15C or 30C. No isolation, no ventilation.
