Tanio jak na 3 sypialnie. Łatwo można dotrzeć na przystanek i do sklepu Lewiatan.Własciciel pomaga w zameldowaniu i trafieniu do celu filmikiem,jest to bardzo pomocne.Pierwszy raz widziałam blok z klatkami z dwóch stron🙂
Mocno kompaktowa łazienka i kuchnia.Ciasnota na dłuższą metę męcząca. Wraz z zapaleniem. światła w łazience włącza się wentylacja... z zapachem papierochów.W kuchni też sam zapach papierosów. Brak zmywarki plus stara gąbka sprawia,że masz ochotę wszystko wyparzać.Dwa brudne(z czarnym obiciem) obrzydliwe krzesła.Jak wchodzisz do kuchni to rzucają się w oczy brudne ściany.Nie było książek jak na zdjęciu i nie czekał soczek na przywitanie stole z wazonem z kwiatami.
