Extremely clean property, obviously very well maintained as everything looked and worked well. Spacious comfortable rooms - firm mattress (we slept so well!), comfy pillows, brightly lit rooms, good water pressure for the shower. Great customer service also - they were very welcoming & accommodating to our requests. 10/10 highly recommended.

Large room, comfortable beds. Not far from the ferry port (easy to get a grab there). Great AC and big ceiling fan.
TV didn’t work, not the end of the world, didn’t bother us.

The location is close to restaurants, but you will need a Grab or bike to get around as there are dogs and it gets very hot. The staff are friendly and even drove me to a café.
The room is very basic: no kettle, no fridge, no tissues, no night lamp, no shower cabinet. You can get water from a dispenser though. Some of the wall paper looked discolored and there was dust hanging on the ceiling. The plastic wrapping on the bed base was half torn off. Dogs were barking a lot at night. Overall it felt like a hostel room in student accommodation. Unfortunately I felt out of my comfort zone.
