Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie, z dwoma balkonami - od strony ulicy i podwórka, dobrze wyposażone: pralka, zmywarka, duża lodowka, klimatyzacja w kazdym pokoju, rolety zewnętrzne, rozkladana markiza. Wygodne lozka i poduszki. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - 10 min na pieszo do fajnej publicznej plazy, 12min do pociągu. Mieszkanie na 5 pietrze, w budynku gdzie są głównie zlokalizowane firmy. Cicho i bezpiecznie.

Prywatny parking nie jest wliczony w cene (wbrew opisowi na booking.com) i nie nalezy do tego obiektu. Jest zlokalizowany ok 150 m od mieszkania (mediatheke) i kosztuje ok 30 eur za dobe. Na ulicach nie ma miejsc parkingowych. To byl bardzo ważny aspekt dla mnie, który był kryterium wyszukiwania ofert, wiec dowiedzenie się o tym ze nie ma parkingu było bardzo niefajnym doświadczeniem. Mieszkanie jest bardzo duże i i z fajnym klimatem, ale wymaga odnowienia. Jest tez problem z cieknąca klimatyzacją, pod która na ścianach sa zacieki i odpadnięta farba. Również cześć wyposażenia jest dość stara i częściowo uszkodzona (szafki, wanna, szyba od prysznica, brak możliwości zawieszenia słuchawki od prysznica)

The location of the property is very good. Many shops and restaurants are around. 2 bedrooms are well-sized with double beds. The layout of the apartment is good, with a lot of light.

The kitchen appliances are too old. The apartment is not clean. Showerhead has nowhere to hang; you have to hold it with one hand while you shower, which is not convenient.

La propreté décevante et le bruit de la rue tôt le matin dans une de chambres. Quelques conseils concernant les commerces et restaurants à proximité ainsi que 2 capsules café pour la première matinée et l’instruction pour la TV et musique, seraient bien venus.

Location and elevator since the apartment is situated on the top floor of the building.

The pick-up and drop-off of the keys; we had to walk approximately 8-10 min out of our way (with our baggage and extreme outdoor heat) to pick up AND drop off the keys at a restaurant. Upon checking out, the host refused to let us leave the keys on the table, claiming that those were his only set of keys!! This even after explaining that it was out of our way, and that it was difficult for us with baggage and all.
