En el Apartamento las Fraguas genial,cómodo,limpio,la mujer muy amable ,lo recomiendo , volvería. Lo que en Badames fue una vivencia horrible ,la señora se portó horrible,a día de hoy no nos devolvió una fianza y aquí a sido excepcional.Mejor imposible ,no recomiendo a nadie El de Badames la señora Renata,pero este de Ampudia ,con Sara es muyyyy amable . GRACIAS.

El apartamento esta fenomenal, tiene de todo para unas buenas vacaciones, Sara la propietaria muy atenta y amable, el pueblo es precioso y con muy buen ambiente es el mejor lugar para moverte tanto para Bilbao como Santander y sus preciosas playas de Laredo, Santoña, Oriñon, etc etc, lo hemos pasado fenomenal volveremos sin duda.

La ubicación está bien para moverse por el entorno. Tuvimos un problema con la nevera y el propietario nos abono los gastos generados por los alimentos estropeados, se lo agradecemos.
El servicio prestado por la persona que se encarga de la limpieza y tener todo a punto (no es el dueño) pésimo. El apartamento estaba sucio, no había cambiado las fundas y edredones de clientes anteriores y olía que apestaba. Por último destacar algo muy cutre, tienen inutilizado por dentro con un tornillo la puerta de entrada a la vivienda. Por lo que no se puede cerrar la puerta con llave. Cambiando la persona que atiende la casa todo puede mejorar.
