Fantastic week away with family in a perfect villa.

The view was amazing. There were lots of areas for spreading out. Lots of lovely seating areas, including the boules area and dining areas.

The only thing is the steepness of the drive but it is well worth it for the fantastic sea view.

Wunderschöne Villa

- wunderschönes Haus, toller Ausblick, toller Pool - gute Küchenausstattung - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mit dem Auto) - 10-15 min zu Fuß zum Strand - Schöne Märkte in der Nähe

- eine Dusche bzw. Badewanne war kaputt, was im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert wurde (daher nur 2 statt 3 Duschmöglichkeiten) - ein Zimmer ist ein Durchlaufzimmer (bei 10 Personen oder 5 Pärchen ist das blöd) - in den unteren Zimmern waren teilweise viele Armeisen und seltsame Würmer - sehr steile Einfahrt und unten nur 2-3 Schotter Parkplätze am Rand - wenige Handtücher (könnte man aber waschen)

Schitterend vertoeven in deze ruime klassieke villa met zwembad met heel veel toffe plekjes.

Heel mooie ruime villa met prachtig zicht tegen een helling, in een rustige buurt. Buiten zijn er verschillende hoekjes waar het aangenaam vertoeven is. Bovendien is er een plancha, zodat je makkelijk buiten kan koken. Het zwembad heeft een warmtepomp, zodat de temperatuur van het water kan ingesteld worden. Kamers zijn licht en voldoende ruim - je kan ook op de benedenverdieping slapen, naast het zwembad. Bij vragen/problemen heel vlotte communicatie met zowel de contactpersoon als de eigenaar. Steeds wordt snel gezocht naar een oplossing.

De oprit naar de woning is bijzonder steil, zodat de voordeur bereiken al een serieuze inspanning vraagt. Bovendien zijn er dan nog trappen naar de leefruimte, zodat het pand niet echt geschikt is voor mensen die iets minder mobiel zijn. De auto parkeer je best wat verder in de straat - daar is een parking voor een zestal wagens.

Ruhig gelegene Villa mit Flair

Der Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer sind gigantisch. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man Wanderungen ins Hinterland starten oder in ca. 20 bis 25 min in die Stadt laufen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Bouleplatz wurde von uns rege genutzt, sogar mehr noch als der tolle Pool. Die z.T. etwas eigenwillige Aufteilung der Zimmer mit Verbindungstüren war für uns nicht nachteilig. In der gut ausgerüstet en Küche fehlten nur scharfe Messer und zwei oder drei zusätzliche Schneidbretter. Insgesamt ein schönes Anwesen mit viel Privatsphäre.

Das spielt sich alles auf hohem Niveau ab und ist nicht so entscheidend: Der Hauszugang ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem PKW sehr steil. 20m von der Einfahrt entfernt sind 3 Stellplätze an der Straße verfügbar. War für uns allerdings kein Problem, ist jedoch erwähnenswert. In einem Bad könnte der Nutzen der Badewanne mit Duschvorhängen deutlich gesteigert werden. Die Stromsicherung ist immer wieder rausgeflogen, wir würden jedoch bei der Ankunft darauf hingewiesen, dass das bei Nutzung der elektrischen Heizung passieren kann.

No heated pool!!!

Der Blick ist sehr schön. Tolle Einrichtungsgegenstände. Nespresso- Kaffeemaschine. Schönes Geschirr, Besteck und Tischsets. Sehr gepflegter indoor und Outdoor Bereich. Tolle Lounge. Viel Privatsphäre. Ruhig.

Der Pool war eiskalt obwohl in der Beschreibung steht : „(…) Heated pool (…)“. Waschmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert. In Schlafzimmern unten waren keine Verdunkelungs-Möglichkeiten. Es war sehr sehr hell morgens.
