The location is perfect! A quiet district with great connection with a public transport.
The flat is on a ground floor, and right behind the window there is a kind of informal meeting point for the neighbors. Expect some chat and smoke from there.

It is very close to the center, the bedroom is very good, the double bed as well. It is a perfect place for 2 people, and convenient for three as well. Very quiet place, pleasant atmosphere.
The sofa bed was a bit difficult to set in the right place for sleeping. We have gotten just 3 blankets for 4 people at first, but for the second night it was already provided (with excuses and a bottle of champagne). We should have checked it right upon arrival, so they would have time to bring it for the first night. Otherwise we liked the place, and we would return here all the same,

Easy to find the house and get the keys. The apartment is not large, but quite comfortable, with separate bedroom and kitchen with everything needed, including microwave and dish-washing machine. Very comfortable large bed and nice bed clothes. Free parking at the street.
It is first floor, and easy to get-in with luggage, but at the same time there is the smoking place near the apartments windows, where lots of neighbors come to smoke and chat starting from the early morning and until the late night. Since the apartment has no conditioner, it is impossible to sleep with closed windows, thus we had to "enjoy" the noise and mosquitos (recommend to install the nets). But guess, this problem is actual for summer time only...

Excellent location and nice, clean, easy to access. The nearby recommendations were much appreciated! We were a little crunched with 3 people in the common area, but our room was quite big and comfortable. Slept great and was a lovely area to walk around in. Pretty close to center without the hustle and bustle! Would stay again. Good parking. Friendly neighborhood cat nearby.
No complaints. A bit cozy for more than 2 people, but totally doable.
