Spokojna lokalizacja, spacerkiem blisko do Starego Miasta, tuż obok Montowni czyli miejsca gdzie każdy znajdzie swój smak. Parking w garażu podziemnym w cenie apartamentu. Apartament wyposażony we wszelkie przydatne sprzęty takie jak lodówka, piekarnik, czajnik, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów, pralka, deska do prasowania, odkurzacz.
Czystość mogłaby być na wyższym poziomie, dobrze że był odkurzacz, którym można było dosprzątać apartament. Mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze więc w środku jest sporo mrówek, na wyposażeniu znajduje się spray na nie. Uszkodzony włącznik światła w łazience powodujący spięcie elektryczne i miganie świateł.
