A lot of value for the money - very big room, big bed, convenient with both kitchen and living room. Nice staff and generally many great facilities - gym, washing room, super nice roof top with a great view, study room, indoor common room with games, cafe etc. Convenient with a five minute walk to the tram. Excellent for a longer stay.
The apartment was very simply furnished and not the cosiest, but I didnt really mind as I mostly slept and chilled there. One mention is that the sofa in the living room is quit small and not the softest, with no pillows (but one of the four pillows in the bedroom did the job). Also not the most equipped kitchen, so mostly suitable for easy cooking.

The place is well located and the reception staff were all lovely. The room is big, the view is nice and that's where we stop with the good things.
First, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom, almost couldn't use it. I didn't have time to change the room since we were mostly out, but still, I can feel the smell in my nose even today. Cleaning is lacking, the room is very very cold, the entire building is ran down, feels more like a university housing or some sort of shelter... The price was cheap, but the bathroom ruined it completely.
