Gîte la Lezardière accès privé canal du midi **

Alles was zoals verwacht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De eigenaren waren steeds aanwezig indien nodig. Voor de rest zeer discreet. We hebben een zeer mooie tijd beleeft in de gite.

Great location. Very nice reception. Wonderful pool.

Good location for walking into Castelnaudary. Covered parking. Swimming pool looked nice although not private as hosts property and patio area alongside it - Didn't use as weather inclement, Comfortable bed and pillows.

Musky damp smell that greeted us on entering the property, which was coming from the bathroom. Flooring in bathroom as it was painted crazy paving slabs - very uneven and cold and lighting very poor. Inadequate lighting in the open plan living area - no lighting above the kitchen units which were along the back wall of living area. Very low beam above bed which was on the mezzanine floor and rather steep open stairs. Bedlinen needs upgrading to cotton - not polyester as too clingy. Not very comfortable sofa (which we think converted to a bed) as very small not suitable to relaxing on. Nowhere to put suitcases/bags except on floor. Not suitable for elderly or anyone with physical difficulties or young children.
