TenSuites - Adults Only

From the moment we booked TenSuites, we knew we’d made the right choice. There was just something about it that gave us a good feeling, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We were looking for somewhere peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, and that’s exactly what we found. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet, with its own private poolside daybed – the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sunshine, and truly relax. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of choice to set us up for the day until dinner. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making our stay feel even more special. The location is fantastic, just moments from the stunning Maspalomas beach and dunes, with beautiful views all around. We’re so pleased we discovered TenSuites and have no doubt this will become our go-to place whenever we visit Gran Canaria. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TenSuites and are already looking forward to returning.

If we were to offer one small piece of constructive feedback, it would be to consider installing discreet bird spikes along the roof edge above the poolside daybeds. With birds frequently perched overhead, there was always a slight concern about being directly beneath them while relaxing. It’s a very minor point in what was otherwise a faultless stay.

Lovely hotel. Very happy with our room. Spacious and airy and thoughtfully finished. The hotel itself is also very well kept. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and cooked to order. There are enough options to keep you going for a few days without repetition. Everything feels good quality in the rooms and there is a lot of space. We stayed in one of the five bottom suites with direct pool access and bed. This for us was the highlight. With a maximum of 20 guests it also means the hotel feels very intimate and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Luz who cleaned the rooms every day. There is pretty much direct access onto the beach and your very close to plenty of bars but without any of the noise. Hotel feels private and secluded despite central location. Definitely recommended and we would stay again.

A few things to note...There isn't really a bar or reception. It's a shame because clearly a lot of thought, time and money went into designing the bar - it's a lovely place to sit and seems well stocked. However, it closes at 15:30 daily. There is also a rooftop but again, it only seems to be open for breakfast. Be warned if you do purchase anything from the bar when it is open, it is rather expensive! 4 small bottles of beer cost €24. There is a mini market that sells beers for €1 next door. There wasn't really any privacy between the pool beds. Perhaps a small divider would have been a nice touch.

Location, size and service were all perfect for a much needed relaxing holiday. The staff were so friendly , we were well looked after the whole stay. Great room , views and healthy breakfast.

Place is beautiful directly at the beach. Rooms are modern and bed is comfortable

Cook didn't show up to prepare the breakfast. We had to wait almost 2 hours. No compensation was offered. For the price I expected better service
