We hadden het penthouse, dit was een heerlijk ruim appartement met een groot balkon. Er zijn veel grote ramen tot op de grond die open kunnen. Dus altijd frisse lucht. ‘S nacht is het er super donker, dus je zit veel sterren als je dat leuk vind.

Het enige wat tegen viel is de bank. Het is de derde keer in dit hotel en ieder appartement heeft volgens mij het zelfde model bank. Je kunt er een bed van maken, dat is leuk. Maar hij zit niet comfortabel als je ‘s avonds langer wil zitten om bijvoorbeeld een film te kijken. Je kunt er op zitten. Maar niet op relaxen.

Die Wohnung war top - modern, sauber, stilvoll! Das Personal super nett und freundlich, zuvorkommend!

Apartment was nice, clean upon arrival. Pool and sauna facilities are lovely.

This “resort” is one of the worst managed places I have ever stayed. We booked with the understanding there is a restaurant on site as advertised. Upon arrival we were told the al a carte restaurant has been closed for months as there is no chef on staff however the al a carte menu is still displayed in reception with a full restaurant set out adjacent to it. The bar is supposed to be open until 10pm, according to signs all over the resort, and serve pizzas, baguettes etc. however on our first two days the bar-staff refused to serve us any food citing she was too busy (there was one other customer in the bar) and each day the bar was closed by 6pm. Check out is 10am & on the Saturday we were checking out reception was closed until 12pm. Several parties including our own were left baffled by the lack of staff present at peak departure time. We wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours before our transfer which I had flagged to the receptionist the day before, however there was no staff available when we and other guests were leaving. The caretaker walking around said “not my problem.” Only by searching the building and finding cleaning staff to open the luggage room were we able to store our luggage. Breakfast boxes are provided at €21 per person per day and is minuscule. We enquired the week prior to our arrival and were told this was €18. There is a serious requirement to overhaul the management of staff and provision of the advertised services at this resort. Without doing so I would absolutely not stay here again.
