We stayed at Dolphin Run for an end-of summer family getaway. The location was perfect for a family with young kids- quick access to the beach and pool, at the end of the board walk, and close to a playground.
The condo itself was safe enough for our age children but may not be suitable for infants/ some young toddlers.
Some of the bathroom furnishings were broken (towel bar), one bathroom was missing a bath mat, and the dishwasher needed to be replaced while we were there, which we were not aware of ahead of time. For us those were minor inconveniences and overall our stay was pleasant!
The pool area isn’t spectacular, but was fine for our kids who wanted to get away from the beach for a bit and have some time at the pool.
All of the staff was friendly/ welcoming and the check in process was easy/smooth.

While the location is amazing (right on the beach) the condo can use a good cleaning, especially for the price. There were crumbs in the cupboards & dust everywhere. Also, the pots & pans were all scratched up & the dishes all chipped. Wouldn't hurt the owners to invest in new kitchenware.

It's a shame there's not more interactiin with the owner. Linens delivered late, bathroom bulbs burned out, and the prooperty isn't clean. In the second bedroom, there is literally trash under every piece of furniture. I sprnt way too much for this
