We love the condo. It is very spacious and has everything you need for a great stay on Sugar. This is our 2nd time staying amd we still love it.

We were in the Banner Elk area for a winery tour and get away with another couple. The property was perfect for our group! Both bedrooms had king size beds which is hard to find. The home was beautiful and had a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed to feel at home.to feel

2 full bathrooms, two king good quality mattresses, the GE gas range and iron skillet and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The flooring was easy to clean but some of the floor register were loose . There was an ironing board but no iron and no hair dryer but the management were prompt to supply these items .
The 4 dining table chairs were too bulky for the space and were found in the bedrooms and one in the living room. It would be nice to see wooden straight back chairs for the limited dinning area. The headboard in guest bedroom was missing, and there was only one bedside table & functional lamp in that room. Two pieces that were unnecessary in this guest room were the small rocker and the tall chest of drawers in the entry corner of that room with broken drawer runners and small lamp atop with no wall plug in.
The deck has a wonderful glider and table & chairs for 4. There are four bulky storage containers stacked on the deck that contain huge cushions for the chairs. Also, there were flower pots and potting soil taking up space on the deck. I hope to ask maintenance to temporarily move these into a closet on our next visit to accommodate more space.
The unit was comfortable and clean. We are returning to this unit again next month and bringing guests with us. We are looking forward to our return . The management was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating . I would return here any time of year. Excellent place.
