Luxury new ocean view 3BD apartment.Beach access.Hollywood/Hallandale.

We had a great time. Apartment was nice and spacious with gorgeous views! Sleeping arrangements were good, except there are 2 queen beds that were actually more like a full size. We were ok with it. Beach is close by- walking distance and we were given bracelets that gave us access to chairs and umbrellas. Pool on the 6th floor is perfect for lounging all day. My main negative was the valet parking. It’s the only option at the hotel and they charge per vehicle per night which adds up if you have multiple cars parking.

It was a very pleasant stay!!! The place was in a perfect location with a lot of restaurants around and the beach was right across the street! The condo was very clean and perfect for a family!!!

We stayed here for a week in February. This unit is on the 11th floor facing southwest. the good: 1. host was very responsive. she communicated with us via whatsapp because I believe she is outside the USA. took care of all of our needs. We checked in a day late because of a flight delay and she was willing to extend our stay to accommodate, but would not give partial refund. 2. the grounds and amenities at the hyde house are beautiful. there is a pool, hot tub and tennis court on the 6th floor looking over the surrounding area. 3. hyde house staff helpful. they got us things we needed like towels, soap, a new coffee maker etc. 4. the unit was spacious and new 5. location is good, a 5 min walk to the beach across the street. restaurant on site is nice, but pricey. 6. the beds were very comfortable the bad: 1. traffic noise is significant. i thought being on the 11th floor you would be above that, but you could hear traffic even when the sliding doors were closed. got used to it after awhile, but it did not allow us to use the balcony that much because of the noise 2. condo was clean, but had marks on the walls, unfinished closets and could use more kitchen supplies like bowls and pans for cooking. 3. the elevators take a long time. 4. homeless people on streets right near the property. 5. the listing says 2 queen beds, but they are actually full XL. 6. the wifi was difficult to connect to. You do have some views of the ocean through several other buildings blocking most of it. You cannot really see the beach from the balcony. You get a nice view of the intercoastal waterway. For almost $600/night I would not stay again unless you were on the side of the building facing the ocean or away from the freeway.

Very spacious 3BR/3BA condo, 11th floor, beautiful view. Very comfortable beds. Short walk to beach. Close to several good restaurants. Highly recommended!
