A short 15 minute drive to Downtown Denver OR to the mountains. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants at 38th Ave. Close to 3 hip neighborhoods (Highlands, Olde Towne Arvada, Golden and Sloans/Edgewater). This house has all the comforts of home so you can simply unpack and start having fun, or stay in! Grill your dinner on the back patio and enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

This single family home is in a quiet midcentury (absolutely charming!) neighborhood bordering Denver, which has become quite popular in recent years. The house is on a property with lots of vegetation, helping to keep it cooler in the summer months.
The house has a recently (2022) updated full kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with all cooking/serving wares and linens.
Bedroom 1: largest bedroom, queen size bed/dresser/large closet. 2 sets of extra bed linens.

The house is all one floor. What I needed since I had surgery and complications after. I could easily let dogs out into fenced yard. I was there 2 1/2 months.
The beds were ok. The gas grill was real dirty. They said they would clean it but after a week or so I did the best I could because II wanted to use it. . Ignition start doesn’t always work.
Blinds are all different. Some were difficult for me to use. Lots of little things need attention in the house.
My last full day there was wrecked by landscapers showing up at 7:30am. The owner had told me they’d be coming by
At 8:30. He didn’t tell me this would be an all day event. Very inconsiderate. Completely ruined my plans. I packed up and left around 2:30 in the 29th. They were still working. They set the backyard up with all their stuff including a microwave. My plans of relaxing in the back yard were gone. I couldn’t even let the dogs out without going out without telling them my dogs needed to go out. Then they wanted them back in so they could continue working.
Heat and swamp cooler work fine

My partner and I stayed a week while I needed to work downtown. This house is a straight shot into downtown and I was at work within 20 minutes. While you can't walk to much, it was an easy drive to anything you need. My partner worked from home and had strong internet. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced (dirt) yard. It was super hot in Denver and we were pretty warm at night, as the swamp cooler mostly cools the living room. I am sure when you can leave windows open at night, it would cool down nicely. The only issue we had was with the fridge and freezer being too warm, but we didn't need to freeze anything and kept fridge items in the freezer. The owners were great in offering to get it resolved.

Actually better than we expected. Comfortly accommodated all 6 adults, and was close to our planned places to go. Annie was great and explained everything well.
