Villa Las Marinas 4,piscina e ideal para familias

The location is only a 5 minute walk to a handful of lovely restaurants and the beach was around 10 minutes away. We really loved the Pool and the view from the main bedroom. Very clean and the host was very responsive.

The hotel next door is loud, especially in the evenings when they do the evening entertainment - it went on until 11pm most nights and was disruptive when trying to sleep (especially for our little ones).

The villa was spotless and the pool was perfect. The pool guy came three times during our stay, nice and early, so as not to intrude. The location is just on the outskirts of the busy area, so it's a short walk to the local amenities, but far enough so you don't get the foot traffic of people coming and going. Would absolutely stay here again.

There were only two minor issues: one was the driveway to villa 4 was very, very tight with a weird bend to it that makes reversing in virtually impossible. This meant having to reverse into the road when leaving. Not ideal. As there were no guests in the adjoining villa, the host allowed us to park in that driveway, which solved this issue for us, but future guests might not be so lucky. The second issue was the noise from the nearest resort (Club Hotel Aguamarina). It isn't overly loud, you can't hear it once the windows and doors are closed, but it is constant, either music or tannoy messages, and felt more annoying at night. Luckily, I don't like things flying into the villa at night, so I'm a doors and windows closed guy.
