The photos don't do this lovely, spacious apartment justice. Amazing views, loads of storage, excellent air conditioning and speedy, reliable WiFi for remote working. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood with ample places to eat around and a supermarket within 5 mins, and well located for public transport, including one of the old-style trams.

No scissors or baking tray in the kitchen. As other reviewers note, it is up two flights of stairs that are a bit narrow, but certainly not worth avoiding because of this unless you have mobility issues. The shower drain did occasionally smell a bit sewage-y but not strongly enough that the smell escaped the bathroom, and suspect this is just due to age of the building.

A nivel visual, el apartamento estaba limpio y es muy bonito y acogedor. La habitación es encantadora y transmite buena sensación al entrar.

La limpieza de algunas zonas no estaba del todo bien cuidada. En los cajones había mucho polvo acumulado, al abrir el sofá también se veía suciedad debajo y en la casa había un olor bastante cerrado. En el baño, detrás de la caldera, había bastante polvo. Con el paso de los días, mi pareja empezó a notar una irritación progresiva en garganta y nariz, con sensación constante de sequedad, picor al hablar, flemas y una congestión cada vez mayor. Yo, en menor medida, únicamente notaba algo de picor al despertarme, pero sin síntomas relevantes durante el día. En el caso de mi pareja, la situación fue empeorando día tras día hasta desarrollar una reacción mucho más fuerte, con dolor de garganta, voz afectada, congestión importante y, en los últimos días de la estancia, pérdida del olfato y del gusto, lo que inicialmente pensamos que podía deberse a una infección. Al volver a nuestra ciudad acudimos al médico de cabecera. En su valoración, se trataba de un cuadro de reacción alérgica/irritativa importante de vías respiratorias altas, con inflamación de la faringe y mucosas nasales, probablemente desencadenado o agravado por la exposición prolongada a polvo, suciedad acumulada en zonas poco visibles y un ambiente seco e irritante del alojamiento. En general, el apartamento es bonito y agradable, pero mejoraría mucho con una limpieza más profunda en zonas menos visibles y una mejor ventilación entre estancias.

Апартаменти чудові! Розташування не далеко від міста, тихі і затишні вулиці, які вразили нас більше ніж центр! В квартирі було все необхідне для проживання і готування їжі. Постіль чиста, ліжко зручне. Дуже раджу! З нами тримали постійно звязок по меседжеру, дуже приємний персонал. Вид з вікна неймовірний. Ми задоволені!

Nice flat, clean and well equipped. It was nice, we have new things to dish wash (it is not common in some apartments)- for me it is big advantage. The flat is well communicated with other parts of City: buses and tram. Also close to train/ bus station Setę Rios (30 minutes by walk or 8 minutes by bus).

Sofa in the living room should be fixed or change. It is very difficult to sleep there as it is worn out.
