"Great location! Check in (after midnight) and check out were effortless. Small but sufficient. It is in an old building so keep that in mind. The balcony has a great view and awesome ambiance."

Accessibilité, localisation, terrasse avec vue, facilité d’accès, tranquillité.
La douche/salle de bain un peu rudimentaire, la chasse qui coule, les fauteuils peu confortables sur la terrasse ( quelques coussins suffiraient). Pas de réponse aux mails.

La posizione, la terrazza. Dotato di molte cose: shampoo, schiuma da barba, ferro da stiro, phon, nescafe' tisane.
Il bagno in condizioni disastrose. Piccolissimo: lavandino di circa 30 cm. posizionato appena sopra il water, scarico dell'acqua del water con la vaschetta e la catenella da tirare... water che perdeva. Muro , in parte scrostato e arrugginito. I mobili vecchi . Non ci sono comodini un unica lampada posata su un mobiletto con lampadina bruciata. Non si può affittare a più du 60 € al giorno, a novembre, un appartamento in quelle condizioni. Immagino d'estate quanto chiede...
