Przestronne mieszkanie, jasne, ładnie wyposażone, blisko do centrum pieszo, cicha okolica, miejsce parkingowe, bardzo dobra cena.
Trudno było zakluczyć drzwi, brak górnego zamka do zamknięcia od środka (trzeba było kluczem w drzwiach), niedoczyszczone naczynia w kuchni, trudności w otwarciu zmywarki, prysznic przeciekał.

Lokalizacja, brak problemu z parkowaniem, duży alartament
Na dworze byly mrozy ok -15 a w apartamencie bylo caly czas chłodno, nie było koca żeby się przykryć na kanapie, drzwi wejściowe ciężko zamknąć bo osiadły, w łazience mega zimno, przeszkadzały takie braki jak - brak wieszaka w przedpokoju, brak stołu i krzeseł w kuchni mimo, że kuchnia olbrzymia, kontakty w dziwnych miejscach. Ogólnie czysto ale ściany brudne i poplamione.
