My one-day stay at Kass Land Resort was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. The journey itself, driving a rented car through breathtaking scenery on the way to the resort, set the tone for a beautiful day ahead. The resort is perfectly located, surrounded by stunning natural views. I stayed in a well-appointed room with a small balcony overlooking the Diamond Bridge, which added a touch of magic to the stay. The lobby was tastefully furnished, reflecting excellent quality and design. There were plenty of activities to enjoy — walking across the Diamond Bridge to the canyon area, trying the cable bike for a burst of adrenaline, and exploring the nearby go-kart track. Although the water activities were closed due to the season, the available options were more than enough to make the day exciting. The resort complex also includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh choices — so many that it was hard to decide what to try first! I also had the Khachapuri at the Diamond Restaurant, which was unforgettable. If there’s one point for improvement, it would be the reception staff, who could benefit from more professionalism and better English communication skills. Overall, it was an excellent experience — a perfect blend of adventure, comfort, and relaxation. I would definitely recommend Kass Land Resort for anyone visiting Georgia.

Location by diamond bridge

This is not a 5 star resort. It lacks the quality of finish to be 5* in so many ways. Broken pavements, curtains that dont fully cover the windows, lots of unfriendly staff, lots of flies around the breakfast due to doors being wide open next to the food, the pool was only luke warm. I could go on.

The resort is presented on Instagram as a perfect place for kids, just an hour and a half from Tbilisi, with lots of slides and attractions. In reality, the location is quite disappointing – there’s nothing to do in the area, the views are among the least impressive in Georgia, half of the facilities weren’t working, and the other half are not suitable for children under eight.
