Price was increased by AED 900 to cover Service Charge, which was not my responsibility. Communication with agency was a total nightmare. Stove oven produced a horrible black layer on the bottom of the cookware which made it a nightmare to clean. The cookware was poor quality. On the check out time, which was around 2 AM the alarm started to make a very loud noise which was very disturbing to us. I believe it was set by the agency as wake up alarm, but it was a really nasty one.
