ITCC Manhattan Suites by Calvin

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very strategic and convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated having a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The air conditioning and fan were also functioning well, making the stay comfortable and pleasant.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my stay. I noticed that there was quite a lot of dust and small pieces of rubbish underneath the sofa bed, which seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning. The batteries in the TV remote control also had not been replaced. Most importantly, I was quite disappointed with the shower heater. The temperature could not be adjusted properly, as even at the lowest setting, the water was still extremely hot and uncomfortable to use. I hope these issues can be looked into and addressed for the comfort and convenience of future guests. Thank you.

Outside view, bathroom kinda smell with mold near the exhaust fan, the exhaust fan and lights on the kitchen is also not working, no washing mashine inside the appt, need to use the suite's general self laundry service but need to change coins at 2nd floor which closed at 5pm(no coins machine provide) and after 5pm, need to change at the shops in itcc which is really inconvenience :( and the host should tell us early the management close at 5pm to change coins :( and the washing machine is dirty.

No internet and the android TV can not watch Netflix.

The pictures looked nice but I was quite disappointed at how seemingly old the property looked like and felt unmaintained. Was expecting more from this newly built place
