La ubicación perfecta y bien equipado. Aunque faltaban algunas cosas de menaje. El aire acondicionado central genial, no sufrimos para nada el calor cordobés. El personal fue muy amable y se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades lo más que pudieron.
La limpieza en general, regular. Algunos aparatos de menaje tenían suciedad... La nevera también estaba sucia y en el baño, concretamente en la bañera, había también suciedad (restos de cabellos)

Ubicación muy cerca del recinto ferial en una zona bonita. Instalaciones que cumplieron nuestras expectativas.
Por decir algo, las escaleras de caracol y que no había espejo de cuerpo entero...

El alojamiento perfecto por su limpieza, camas muy cómodas, ubicación perfecta y muy tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares de tapas buenísimas, cerca de la mezquita y otros puntos de interés Cordobeses. El propietario te recibe con mucha amabilidad. Lo recomiendo 100%
Solo una pequeña pega es la escalera de caracol que tienes que subir para acceder al baño y a las habitaciones. Pega para mi porque tengo problemas de columna y caderas, pero sino tampoco es un problema.

La ubicación
Se escuchan TODOS los ruidos. La puerta de la entrada va muy mal, cuesta cerrar y abrir. La limpieza era dudosa. La instalación del agua hace mucho ruido, al activar la cisterna abajo en el salón no se escucha más que agua correr.
