Fantastic place!

Fantastic place! We are family of four with two small children and our room was big and very comfortable with two balconies and huge bathroom. The pool is super and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and they've cleaned our room every single day. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Bad vacation because of the owners!

The property looks very good even if is a little far from almoust everything and there is nothing to do around!

The staff was execrable, the owner live there, i payed in advance for an apartment ( 4 adults) for my mother and a friend and one of my daughter and for a double room for me and my wife and my 3 yrs old daughter, in the first day they called me and and screaming that i have to pay more for the childrens ( 120 euro). When i went to the owner to tell him he was also rude and ask me to pay even i explained that i already payed for an 4 adult apartment… The owner doesn t know a single word in English, i wasn t felt comfortable for those 6 days during the vacation and for sure i will never return to this property ever again! My feeling was like he made us a big favour that we stayed at his place, what he doesn not know is that we usually like what is the best and this is a big reason why in the future we will choose hotels and not somenody s house…

Sparkling clean, modern appartments!

The appartment was spacious, clean with all amenities and the staff was kind, helpful and discreet. The pool was new and very clean! All in all the experience was superb!

There was nothing we didn't like. It would just be more pleasant if there was a pool bar! Maybe next time...

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely accommodation!

Lovely large suite with two rooms (bedroom and living area / kitchen) and a nice bathroom. Everything was new and modern. Two balconies, facing front to the swimming pool and at the rear, where the garden / parking area is. The rooms were sparkling clean and had 2 A/C units. Close to Skala Potamias and Panagia

It is located on the main road, so a car is necessary. Sometimes there was noise from motorcycles during the night. There are not many trees around

Wonderful

Very modern, very clean, very nice!!! It's high class! Ok, you're not on the beach (or right next to it), but it really doesn't matter! It's less than 5 minutes away by car (or 20 min by foot). The rooms are exceptional, the service as well, daily cleaning (real cleaning!!), towels changed, bath robes, private pool, private parking, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi Internet (working well!), smart TVs in every room, modern furniture, comfortable beds, balcony (we actually had 2 - one in front and one in the back), mosquito nets on every door and window, sun shades... Everything you might need, they offer it. Spent a week with my family here and we were very pleased with every single aspect! We fully recommend it!

Superb

Our stay was very pleasant. We had a beautiful view off our balcony and a very clean, nice maisonette perfect place to stay.

The only minus was that the room is fully at sun and facing to the main street.

So i payed for 6 nights in this accomodation for: 1 big apartments with two rooms with double bed and a livingroom with sofa ( on booking specified is for 4 adults) my thoughts were that is perfect for my mum a friend and my two little girls 3 and 8 years old! 1 apartment with 1 double bed and a livingroom with sofa only for me and my wife I payed for bolt of them around 1300 eur, after 13 hours road we finnaly got there and said we can stay at the pool for 1 hour, for the kids, in the first 10 min i got a call from the staff, a woman started to talk with me in a loud voice that i come with kids and i have to pay for them extra 120 eur, i said that i ve payed for a big four adult apartment, you realise how was my first day just arriving there somebody from staff started to yell… I went to the owner to discuss the situation, he was nervous too, ho doesnt know a word in english and his son translated, i thought it was a mistake but no, the owner smiled and said yes u have to pay for 3 years old children, i said why in the hell i would take a big apartment only for 2 adults, he said this is the situation…. Finnaly he hardly accepted for me to pay only 60 eur, but u dont know what a face had all the staff everyday, how they were looking at us like we were staying there for free! So in the last day they come up with something, they said that we broke the glass from cofee machine and we need to pay, i said really??

Definitely we recommend this property

Everything was exceptional. The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the photos. The staff was very nice to us. We enjoyed so much staying here.

Pleasant

New complex, nice pool and clean

Paid for a maissonette that fits min 3 persons and at check out they asked to pay additional fee for the 3rd person. Not friendly staff considering the price of the accomodation and also refused to waive the fee. Rooms are nice and clean but pretty small, dormitory upstairs like a mansarde and not comfortable to sleep. I am very dissapointed considering the four stars and price vs.what we have received. OVERALL poor value vs money and no flexibility.

Nice, clean, but the staff is rude

The accomodations were new and confortable.

The attitute of the staff. We were lambasted about the use of the water spigot on the balcony, even if we were not made aware of the limitations(ie not using it for washing sand of our feet). When informed of this of course we complied with the request, but the staff made the request in quite a rude way. We were not informed at all of the existance of a water source outside the building that could be used for this purpouse.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus in der Nähe vom Golden Beach

Das Haus und auch das Apartment hat voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Apartment ist modern und stylisch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und wird täglich geputzt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sauber und sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch nur wenige Minuten vom Golden Beach. Einen Supermarkt gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Locatie was fijn.

wat ik tegen viel was, dat eigenaar van hotel namelijk woont onder het apartaments . .. wat raar was dat ze hele tijd daar aanwezig waren bij de bar naast zwembad. we voelde geen comfort ze waren gewoon altijd daar. we waren natuurlijk met kinderen en bij elke geluid van ons kant werden we gekeken, alsof wij niet welkom waren. Ik probeerde altijd gesprekken uitvoeren met personeel en eigenaar, maar ze waren gewoon niet vriendelijk. wij probeerden het keukenplat gebruiken om iets te koken voor kinderen, maar elke keer viel het stroom uit. Verder was goeie plek, parkeerplaats aanwezig. Airco in elke kamer.

Faptul ca am avut singurul apartament cu doua dormitoare , cu tv in fiecare incapere (3) cu Netfix free ,cu aere conditionate in fiecare camera ,balcon imens , baie cu dotari premium ,piscina ...pur si simplu a fost excelent . Curatenie si schibat lenjerie - zilnic Curte interioara pt masini incapatoare . Fara tintari Birou pt laptop ,dulapuri super incapatoare Wi fi ok
