Wyposażenie domku, zdywersyfikowane sposoby ogrzewania domku, ekspres ciśnieniowy na kawę ziarnista, własne kajaki, rowerki wodne. Balia i sauna ! Przemili gospodarze.
Przy dość wysokiej cenie za wynajem dodatkowe rozliczanie ponad normatywnych kWh zużycia. Boisko do siatkówki można by wyposażyć w troszkę stabilniejszą siatkę/ słupki, naciąg.. przydała by się też solidniejsza piłka ;) Balia/jaccuzi jest zbyt droga jak na ogrzewanie drewnem (Jest filtrowana mechanicznie i chemicznie) .. więc można by wprowadzić np jej wynajem na konkretne godziny przez kilku gości jednego dnia.. co.zapewne zmniejszyło by koszt jednostkowy dla pojedynczych użytkowników..
