This property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
This large home sits in a cove across from the cliffs next to the HWY 225 bridge, only 3 miles from Hill Creek Marina allowing easy access to your boat. With newly constructed steps to the water, you have easy access to the water.
The home features three king bedrooms on the main floor. Two of these bedrooms share a large bathroom with separate vanities, jetted tub and large walk in shower. The third bedroom on this floor has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a half bath, kitchen, dining room, large living room and an additional gathering sunroom on the main floor. The bottom floor is a walk-out basement. There are two rooms on the bottom floor, one with a king bed and one with two sets of bunks. In addition to these rooms, there are two large gathering rooms, one with a king bed and the other has 2 bunk beds. Outside you will find a large covered deck off the main floor living room and a patio that stretches the width of the house on the bottom floor. All this space has beautiful views of the lake. The sunsets are fabulous.

Very nice. There was room for a large group to gather and to share a meal. There is a great view of that part of Greers Ferry Lake. It was easy to find and was accurately described in the listing. I highly recommend this house.

Great place for a weekend. All accommodations were very nice. Only issue was couldn’t find any ice sticks for the pool table

Overall great stay. Everyone had plenty of space with the kids mostly enjoying the downstairs area. The large dining area was a wonderful way to spend evening meals together with all 14 of us. The views are awesome. Lots of parking, home was clean and A/C worked well. Kitchen got cramped if there were "too many" cooks in it ! The only drawback was access to the water but I believe that is being addressed soon. We had a great time!
