All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean, close to ski lift, a lot of room in the condo, nice finishes, fireplace was nice! Only complaints are squeaky mattresses in bedroom and sleeper sofa and hot tub on property should be cleaner. We would stay here again!

Very clean and spacious rental, will stay there again on next trip! Close to all shopping and restaurants. Nearby Sawmill Reservoir is a nice short hike and alternative to fishing the Blue.

We loved the Modern Moose condo - awesome location and balcony. The only issue we had was the mattress was way too soft and the headboard would creak whenever either of us would move. I had noticed the headboard comment made in previous reviews but assumed it had been taken care of - it has not. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo and would stay again if the bed was replaced.

The size of this condo was exactly what we needed for 2 adults and the location was perfect! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because some of the previous renters belongings were missed by the cleaners.
