Nice roomy property with great resort amenities! My kids, 7 and 11, enjoyed the pool area (my only complaint was that it was very crowded and had very few umbrellas for shade). Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. It could use a little updating, like fresh paint and carpet, but we were comfortable. I do wish the condo pool had been heated until later in the evenings, as we didn't have much time to enjoy it with being busy during the days. It didn't seem worth the cost we paid to heat it with how little we were able to use it. But even with the few little things that weren't ideal, we would stay again!

We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool area with slide and lazy river was great. Bed in one room needs replacing(you sink in the middle) but the rest were ok. The back gate didn't work with the barcode on pass but press the call button and they’ll open it. Close proximity to parks and shopping. Would stay again.

So let me start by saying that overall the property managers Zoe and Sandra were absolutely fantastic people to deal with during our stay. I will say that there were several other things about this trip that were disappointing. First and foremost the beds inside the townhouse need to be replaced and I’m not just talking about one of the beds, every bed needs to be replaced. Outside of the bedrooms everything else is great, living area and couches are fine, kitchen is fine, etc…. As I previously discussed with the property managers there are several activities that say they are offered but they are not offered any longer, fishing being one of those activities. They also claim water slides are available but you better hope they are willing to open them b/c several of the days we went over early and had to leave by lunch hour and the slides still weren’t open when we left. Last but not least the check in process. I just don’t see how you can expect 1 security guard to handle a check in process for a place that has that many guests. When I say it was easily an hour and a half just to get a piece of paper to put in the car so I can get in and out of the resort. Why not just give people a PIN code. Make life easier and less stressful for people who are supposed to be vacationing. Overall I have to say that the property management team was spectacular but the property itself was a little disappointing!
