About this house rental
New owner since April 2022. This pretty villa is located in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the beach of Pontaillac and shops (950 meters).
Ideal location for a family holiday
Secure swimming pool (roller shutter and fence), heated from May or June (depending on the temperatures at the beginning of the season) to September. Plancha, garden furniture, outdoor table for 8 people, cantilever parasol, deckchairs....
The villa is located in a very quiet area, we ask our tenants to respect the neighborhood. (no noisy party in the evening)
The swimming pool is a friendly place but very noisy, no noise from 10pm
We do not rent for bachelorette and bachelorette parties
This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
An extra charge of 70e will be required for the exit cleaning
Sheets, towels, dish towels not provided (optional)
If you have any special requests or questions, we are at your disposal.

We liked our stay a lot in this house. It was spacious, well kept and each bedroom had silent air conditioning. The bed slept very well. Further there was a nice garden with a heated swimming pool, which we enjoyed quite a lot. And the location: it was only a 4-minute bike ride from a beautiful beach with restaurants and café's.

Maison fonctionnelle, bien située et très confortable. Nous gardons l’adresse pour un futur séjour plus long à Royan.
